School Rules and Regulation


  • No pupil should be absent from school without leave. The parents are expected to fill in the record for non-attendance in the calendar. If their children are absent for more than three days a separate letter should also accompany. A pupil's name is liable to be removed from the rolls if absent without leave for ten days continuously. The pupil may be re-admitted on payment of Admission fee and arrears of monthly fees it any.
  • Irregular attendance is detrimental to progress. Parents should ensure that their children attend school regularly. They should also check the diary everyday and sign the remarks if any.
  • No students is permitted to attend school if he / she is suffering from any infectious / contagious disease even on exam or test time.
  • A student returning to school after any illness should bring a certificate from a registered medical practitioner stating that he / she is fit to resume after quarantine period.
  • Enrolment in the school implies, on the part of both parents and students, willingness to comply with the requirement and regulations of the school.
  • Parents cannot meet the teachers during class hours. They should make an appointment through the communication section of the Calendar if they wish to meet the teachers.
  • Parents are requested to notify the school authorities whenever there is a change in their address as recorded in the school records.
  • Transfer certificate will be issued only after a calendar month notice has been given in writing or a month's fees in lieu of notice have been paid except for the board examinees.
  • Parents should ensure that their children bring their books, exercise book, art & craft material etc. to school according to the time-table. The school discourages handing over exercise books, tiffin etc. to the ayahs and attendants, as this is contrary to school discipline.
  • Any damage to school property is liable to charged for.
  • All pupils are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Parents should see that all belongings are marked with the name, class and section on the pupil.
  • The buses for school are managed by the consortium. The bus owners are asked to take utmost care for the security of the children while picking up and handing them over to the guardians. If the guardians. are not present, for taking their children at the place and time, the children will be brought back to the school and taken home by taxi. The taxi fare will be recovered form the parents and any repetition of the same will be deprive the student of using the transport facility provided by the school.
  • Defaulters is payment of school dues will lead to the name of the child being struck off from the rolls.
  • If any student is caught with an unfair means, in any exam or test, he / she will be awarded 'Zero'.
  • If the prescribed attendance is not attained in particular term, he / she will not be allowed to sit for exam. and may not be eligible for promotion.
  • No mid session promotion can be given to any pupil.
  • Fine will be imposed for non-returning of Progress Report after the Signature of the Guardian by the stipulated date or lose of report card / issue of duplicate card.
  • Fine will be imposed for not-wearing proper uniform.
  • Fine will be imposed for carrying mobile / valuable items such as gold ornaments to the school.
